Type Text beginning with X and at least 3 characters long:
Box definiton: <uc1:WSTextBox WSMethod="CheckVal2" runat="server" />

Type Text beginning with Y and at least 2 characters long:
Box definiton: <uc1:WSTextBox SupressSubmitIfInvalid="true" WSMethod="CheckVal3" runat="server" />

Submit is only possible if the second textbox is valid
